A gentle, anhydrous comfort balm designed for intact skin between active drainage episodes. Provides barrier support, softness and everyday comfort - Does not treat tunnels, abscesses or infection.
Active Herbs: Thymoquinone (black seed); apigenin, alpha-bisabolol and chamazulene (chamomile); limonoids including azadirachtin and nimbin (neem).
Black seed and chamomile have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant signals; neem has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory laboratory evidence.
Use only on intact skin. Avoid draining lesions, mucosa and suspected infection. Patch test; Asteraceae allergy may affect chamomile users.
With Comfrey and Calendula Flower

Documented principal compounds: Allantoin and rosmarinic-acid-related phenolics (comfrey); faradiol esters, triterpenoids, flavonoids and carotenoids (calendula).

Safety and use boundaries: Use only after complete closure. Patch-test for adverse reaction. Avoid prolonged or large-area use, pregnancy/breastfeeding, and broken skin.
With Licorice Root, Tea Tree Oil and Kaolin Clay
A short-contact clarifying salve concept for localized use on intact, non-draining skin. “Drawing” is traditional language for pulling out impurities. A gentle cleansing, absorbency and comfort salve.
Active Compounds: glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhetinic acid and glabridin (licorice); terpinen-4-ol (tea tree); adsorptive mineral surfaces (clay).
Tea tree and clay have antimicrobial/adsorptive evidence; licorice has anti-inflammatory mechanisms.
Do not apply to open/draining lesions. Tea tree oil cause allergic contact dermatitis. Seek care for fever, spreading redness or severe pain.

Safety and use boundaries: Short duration, small area, intact external skin. Do not delay recommended corticosteroid treatment or follow-up.
With Frankincense and Gotu Kola
A conditioning ointment that supports softness and suppleness of intact external skin. Avoid “anti-fibrotic” as a consumer treatment claim unless supported by product-specific clinical evidence.
Documented principal compounds: Boswellic acids, including AKBA (frankincense extract); asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid (gotu kola).

With Clove, Arnica, Menthol and Camphor
A strong counterirritant-style balm intended to create cooling/warming sensory distraction on intact skin.
Documented principal compounds: Eugenol (clove); helenalin-type sesquiterpene lactones (arnica); menthol; camphor.
Menthol has proof-of-concept human neuropathic-pain evidence and acts at TRPM8. Eugenol has local anesthetic/analgesic evidence; camphor modulates TRP channels. Arnica trial results are mixed.
Evidence strength: Menthol: preliminary human evidence.
Safety and use boundaries: Never use on broken skin, under tight occlusion or with heat. Camphor can be toxic if swallowed; keep from children. Clove/arnica can irritate or sensitize. Patch Test before wide use.
